You may want to be careful with the amount of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/questions/FAQ_canning.html#4&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;headspace&lt;/a&gt; you leave so that your jars seal properly and the top layer does not discolor.</description>
